Conversational Commerce is the capability to perform sales and transactional operations from Messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger
The Facebook Messenger provides the capabilities to build simple chat styled, automated and custom experience for business operations. It can be anything from transport booking, utility payments, real time updates to order tracking or browsing the products and checkout.
Here I have built a proof of concept for a simple product browse and checkout experience, leveraging the messenger platform.
Here my phantom e-commerce retailer is Digitail. It’s messenger platform has the ability to identify the customer and engage with them on a limited playing ground.
